James "Ted" Gullo
- Long-standing service to the Oradell community – Oradell Junior Basketball (2019-present), OPS Class of 2023 6th Grade Graduation Committee, Pack 36 Cub Scouts (2017-2020) and River Dell Lacrosse Association (2016-2021)
- Senior marketing leader with nearly 25 years working in the financial services industry; demonstrated record in creating and executing on a shared vision, providing strong leadership and promoting a culture of excellence
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in English from LeMoyne College and completed studies in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education
- A resident of Oradell since 2005 and a proud Father of a daughter and two sons
James KOTH
- Former Oradell Town Councilman (2010-2016), serving as Council President, Police Commissioner. Former Planning Board Chairman and Vice Chairman (1998-2007)
- 30-year volunteer firefighter and current President of the Oradell Volunteer Fire Department
- Senior public sector executive with experience at all levels of government leading large agencies and departments charged with oversight and responsibility of major public infrastructure projects
- Licensed Landscape Architect (NJ&NY) and Professional Planner (NJ). Holds numerous professional certifications, memberships and licenses
- Holds a bachelor’s of science degree in landscape architecture from University of Connecticut and certificates in Facilities Management (NYU) and Public Works Management (Rutgers) and is Certified Public Manager (Rutgers)
- Third generation and lifelong resident of Oradell, currently raising his daughter and son with his wife Samantha
Jon KERN
- Currently serving on Oradell Town Council (elected in 2020)
- Council responsibilities are Chair of the Finance Committee, Chair of Technology, Member of DPW and Liaison to the Zoning Board, Environmental Committee and Oradell Board of Education
- Professional experience is nearly ten years as senior financial analyst focused on financial analysis, commercial lending and consumer lending
- Involvement in many community organizations and charitable institutions
- Holds an MBA from Rutgers University and bachelor’s degree in government and economics from the City University of New York
- Proud resident of Oradell along with his wife, Sonia and young daughter
